Enrollment and Retention

Mount Marty College – Watertown, SD

In the Fall of 2018 the Watertown campus saw an increase in returning student numbers over the previous year. There had been yearly decline in retention and returning students over the past 8 years.

In addition, a Summer 2019 enrollment growth of 8.7% and a Fall 2019 increase on new student numbers of 40% were also recorded.

Northwestern Oklahoma State University – Alva, OK

Northwestern Oklahoma State University is located in rural Oklahoma, which poses challenges for recruitment and retention. Even with these challenges, under my leadership our team was able to increase enrollment that had been declining over the previous 2 years. Bachelor's degree enrollment increased 7% in the 2 years under my leadership and Psychology minor enrollment increased 61% in 2 years under my leadership.
